This morning, on my last working day of 2022, I walked across the bridge near my home and again saw the beautiful reflection captured in this photo. It is taken from the same spot as the one I used for last year's reflections post - although this one is frostier! A reminder from nature that though there may be change and turmoil, some things do stay constant!
So what changed at Change Navigating this year?
It's been a wonderful year of coaching, delivering more than double the hours of coaching than the year before, and supporting 43 people to navigate their changes, 1:1,
I've also started coaching globally, supporting people in Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, the U.S.A and the UK!
Some of the top coaching themes in professional and leadership coaching have continued to be coaching for increased confidence and impact. However, maybe due to the current global climate, We have also noticed an increase in coaching for well-being and mental fitness with many struggling with stress and overwhelm.
So what will change next?
I'm excited to be able to offer Team Coaching in 2023, after gaining a certification in team coaching and accredited in a leading Team 360 diagnostic. Team Coaching is a relatively new field in the world of coaching, that has the potential to widen the positive impact of coaching at a systemic level. If you're interested in hearing more about this, let me know!
What will stay the same?
At the heart of it, I will continue to do what I love doing, which is help people and their teams to navigate the changes they need to make, in order to have increased confidence, well-being, and impact. I will continue to do this by helping them tap into their unique potential. If this is something you, someone you know, or your team could benefit from, do get in touch.
I'll leave you with this quote:
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
~ Carl Rogers
I look forward to supporting you in 2023!
