Credentials:
Annabelle trained to be an Executive Coach at the triple-accredited Henley Business School, and is individually accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) with Senior Practitioner designation and the ICF (International Coaching Federation) at Associate level. She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and is also a member of the Association for Coaching. Annabelle has a BSc in Economics from UCL, and was awarded a MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London. Her dissertation for her MSc researched the factors enabling the successful return to work of women in Professional Services after a career break. She is qualified as a Lumina Spark Practitioner, a holistic psychometric tool which values diversity. She is also accredited to use the 'Creating the Team Edge' 360 tool.
Annabelle is a certified Change Management Practitioner and has several years of Management Consulting experience with blue chip companies, including 10 years with Accenture. She has provided services across a range of industries, including: Technology, Telecoms, Energy, Water, Defence, Aviation, Automative, Government, and Education.

Unless agreed with you otherwise, Annabelle will be your coach. Any coaches employed by Change Navigating will be accredited and have coaching supervision in place.

Annabelle is the founder of Change Navigating and has been helping people and organisations to navigate change for over 20 years. She is an Organisational Psychologist and accredited Executive Coach who combines these skills with her international management consulting and training & development experience to support individuals' growth and personal development.
Annabelle has experienced many changes in her career, through promotions, relocations, motherhood and career moves.
